Add override to force prettier 5.0

This fixes an issue with prettier incorrectly causing pre-commit hooks to fail

Description

Fixes an issue raised on the back of #24783 where an older version of prettier was causing the pre-commit hooks to (incorrectly) fail when changes were made to redirects.js.

Testing & Reproduction steps

1. Check out main and attempt to commit a change to redirects.js
2. Observe that the pre-commit hooks fail (error from Husky and eslint)
3. Check out this branch and verify that the pre-commit hooks pass
