Description

This test fails on GovCloud:

TestAccAWSGlueJob_nonOverridableArguments

With this error: Step 1/3 error: Check failed: Check 2/4 error: aws_glue_job.test: Attribute 'non_overridable_arguments.%' expected "2", got "0"

At first glance, this is a strange error and I suspect an API error on GovCloud.
