updated documentation for azurerm_data_protection_backup_policy_blob_storage resource as retention_duration has been replaced with operational_default_retention_duration.

retention_duration was deprecated in v3 https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/azurerm/3.117.0/docs/resources/data_protection_backup_policy_blob_storage#retention_duration-1
