In Ember 4.0 positional parameters were removed from the LinkTo component. In #17396 I implemented a temporary workaround for the
ToolbarLinkcomponent to take the array from theparamsarg and split it up into respective values. This PR updates the component to accept the same args asLinkToto make it apparent that positional parameters are no longer supported.
