let's always get the lates jupyter-book version

Personally, I would suggest to stick with a fixed jupyter book version. jupyter book is still at version This does not mean that we shouldn't update to a newer jb version from time to time, but let's do this intentionally and carefully and let's not change a working system, if there is no good reason to do so. |
