This version moves away from the name-giving HybridAuth-Backend to SocialConnect. The step was necessary as the development of HybridAuth was more and more stale and the long awaited release of Version 3 of HybridAuth got delayed more and more.

Additionally we did some internal refactorings like adaption to PSR-4
