Added XP progress task list for quests

  1. Enable FLAG_XP
  2. Visit any page
  3. Notice you see XP progress bar in header
  4. Click on the XP Bar
  5. Verify you see the task list popup
  6. Verify this popup is responsive across screensizes
  7. Verify you see the xp progress indicator in the task list on small screens
