Closes: #10583

Description of Changes

  • Implements commands for both Launch token and Candidate addition

Other Considerations

  • Note: similar other commands these are just easy-access helpers. There may need to be more platform side logic added for db interactions etc which have not be defined or planned at the time this ticket was created.
  • ++ to the above regarding how the app itself handles these. Does it need to? Where will trading happen? Do the events need to be processed in any way etc
