DPengine v0.2.3 (alpha)
- Colored speech is mature enough so that it is now the default option.
- Full German localization has been added; kudos to @cenodis!
- The progress bar issues on MacOS Retina displays are now fixed (by drawing the bar manually, thanks for nothing Apple).
- The MacOS binary is guaranteed to be compatible with 10.6 – 10.15, not sure how is fares on newer versions; comments welcome.
As usual,
- DPE-gtk is for x86-64 Linux (depends on GTK+ 2.x, GTKGLext and libCURL)
- DPE-mac.zip is for Mac
- DPE.exe is for Windows
Both DPE-gtk and DPE.exe are compressed with UPX.
The Mac binary is not compressed due to being «fat» (i.e. universal for both Intel x86-32 and Intel x86-64).
DPengine v0.2.2 (alpha)
Colored speech finally enabled! Nevertheless, this option, if altered, doesn`t yet get applied until DPE is restarted.
Everything else is the same as in 0.2.1a.
As usual,
- DPE-gtk is for x64 Linux (depends on GTK+ 2.x, GTKGLext and libCURL)
- DPE-mac.zip is for Mac
- DPE.exe is for Windows
All executables except the one inside DPE-mac.zip are compressed with UPX.
DPengine v0.2.1 (alpha)
Mostly stable but still prone to several glitches:
- Speech bubbles appear in waves (not actually a glitch, rather a debugging leftover)
- Follow behaviours might output garbage instead of animation frames
- OpenGL might draw certain speech bubbles incorrectly
As usual,
- DPE-gtk is for x64 Linux (depends on GTK+ 2.x, GTKGLext and libCURL)
- DPE-mac.zip is for Mac
- DPE.exe is for Windows
All executables except the one inside DPE-mac.zip are compressed with UPX.
