Add some sources to match the equivalent rb3dx sources,
Reduce sources to match exo's rb3dx draft. A few sources used in official dlc, rb1_dlc and rb3_dlc have been added for compatibility. Add practice sections from gh2 and beatles. rb3 sections not added yet as adding those causes the game to crash on startup, likely due to the amount of them needed Change the rb4_rivals texture tag to not collide with the rb4_rivals source tag

sorry about this, but this is more suited to rb2's style of of source sorting (if one has the track pack sources uncommented ofc)
