Description

This pull request includes the following changes:

• Added a new GitHub Actions workflow file .github/workflows/main.yml to set up continuous integration for the repository.
• Modified the cleanup.sh script in the e2e_demo/scala directory to remove additional directories and files.
• Modified the run_demo-gradle.sh script in the e2e_demo/scala directory to handle errors during cleanup and project cleanup.
• Updated the README.md file in the pysparkler directory to provide installation instructions for PySparkler.
• Added a new configuration file config.yaml in the pysparkler directory to configure PySparkler.
• Modified the META-INF/services/scalafix.v1.Rule file in the scalafix/rules/src/main/resources directory to add and remove rules.
• Modified the AccumulatorUpgrade.scala file in the scalafix/rules/src/main/scala/fix directory to fix the class declaration.
• Added a new file NewFile.scala in the scalafix/rules/src/main/scala/fix directory to implement new functionality or fixes.
