Bit annoying that the android version number got out of sync, we could always add another digit (so we can have 971 for 0.9.7.1 if necessary, for example).

You ought to update the main site (especially the Download page) with the new MSVC 2013 requirement for PPSSPP 0.9.7. It's still referring to VC 2010 redist as a prerequisite, as shown below from a recent capture of the page:-
