anticipate spawning's downscaling that will happen in a few weeks

I'm reaching out to let you know we're going to downscale the DNT API. It's becoming too costly to manage at this stage. This is hopefully temporary - we have plans to make it more efficient in response time and cheaper to host, but that might be a little far off.

I know this is probably inconvenient, so I'm here to help ease the transition if possible. That being said, we're trying to downscale the API within the next couple of weeks.
