LeanLauncher-1.1.6-21-play-optimized.apk: debug version, with working Google Now feed

LeanLauncher-1.1.6-21-play-release.apk: release version, same as on Google Play Store, Google Now feed does not yet work

Changelog:

  • fix date formats, they are renamed to long/normal/short, and should now respect the locale of the devices
  • workaround an issue where the launcher failed to extract round icons on OnePlus devices
