VoLTE Patch for Pixel 4/4XL (CM,CT,CU)

Final Update(possibly)

I finally figured out how to replace files and set selinux context correctly
using Magisk, and I think if everything goes well, this is the last release of
this module.

Others may find the code helpful since it follows the Developers Guide
provided by topjohnwu. The modern way is actually easier than using legacy
templates.

Edit: I just found that the tagged zip is not installable, so an extra zip is added, for convenience ;)
