1.业主发布房屋功能：业主通过填写需要出租的房屋信息，介绍房屋的特点，价格等，然后发布房屋让更多有需要的租客看到。
2.租客收藏房屋功能：租客收藏自己感兴趣的房屋，以便于租客可以比较各个房屋的特点和价格，选取出更优质的房屋。
