The original functionality remains, but a new option, of `doubleBreakoutBlocks` has been added that won't break out until the user has hit return out of a blank line.

👋 I really needed this for something I was working on so I added it to my own fork. Thought I'd submit it as a PR in case it is useful for you, but feel free to ignore if it doesn't fit with what you want your plugin to be!
I think this essentially addresses #1
