Description

As part of federated argo, following GQL endpoints needs to be move to RDPC clinical service from platform gateway API

clinicalSubmissionTypesList
clinicalSubmissionSchemaVersion
clinicalSubmissionSystemDisabled

Exit Criteria

Following resolvers should be available in the new RDPC clinical service once the implementation is completed.
