Hi,
Moo is a very great and powerful Perl modul to make poo more easily like Moose but more light and fast. I think it's really interesting to use. I also use Type::Tiny a new module, but very powerful fast and interesting and easy to use. It provide type, it be good to validate type of attribut et public method, Locale::Wolowitz it's more robuste with that I think.
I also advice you to use spaces instead of tabs, because the tabs can be configured differently depending on the editor and so on.
I also have other ideas, such as the ability to use yaml format like serializer, like Pylocwolowitz, and remove loc for multiple language file:
