PagerDuty handler does not use the .details() property of alerts. #1492

The pagerduty API has a field for extra details this field is hardcoded to be the json of the alert data. We should allow the details to be specified via the .details alert property. This change should be backwards compatible with the existing behavior as the default details value is the json of the alert data.
