These updates match the changes proposed in #484 Since there are many changes please refer to the PR and the API.md docs for how the API now functions.

TODO:

  • Make sure swagger.yml and API.md agree
  • Implement migration code to the new storage schema.
  • Document upgrade path and new configs
  • CHANGELOG
  • Add tests for RecordQuery and CRUD on replays
  • Update CLI
