What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here)
1- QGis server do not allow lowercase wms or wfs service.
2- For layer with fields aliases, if the field was empty, the field was not shown in the results.
What is the new behavior?
1- set uppercase
2- keep all the fields
