Test which check below flow:

  1. Bootstrap 5 nodes that each of node has at least 1 trusted peer
  2. Fire 10 transactions to leader1 node
  3. restart leader 2 node
  4. fire 10 transactions to leader 5 node
  5. restart leader 5 node
  6. fire 10 transaction to leader 3
  7. assert all nodes are in sync
