Registration of more than 20 children

As a user I want to add more than 20 children so that they become registered as well.

Role:
registered user (parent)

Acceptance Criteria
A user can add maximum 20 children

SCENARIO #1 A user wants to add more than 20 children

GIVEN a user opens "Інформація про дітей" tab
AND a list of registered children is shown
AND 10 children are conditionally already registered
WHEN a user clicks "Додати дитину"

AND a user adds an information about 11 children
AND a user clicks "Зберегти"

THEN 10 children were succesfully registered an added to database
AND the child number 11 was not registered and not added to database

AND the notification pop up appears with the text "Дякуємо! 10 дітей було успішно додано."
AND the notification pop up appears with the text "Помилка! Можливо додати не більше, ніж 20 дітей"
