Preconditions

1. The site 'Позашкілля' https://oos.dmytrominochkin.cloud/ is opened
2. The user is logged in as a Parent
3. The user has 20 registered children

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the 'Інформація про дітей' page
2. Hover over the 'Додати Дитину' button
3. Click on the 'Додати Дитину' button

Actual result
The button is disabled. When hovering over the button the arrow cursor is changed to the pointer cursor. After clicking the button the children's registration form is opened.
