After #5757, remove has 2 ways to target tracked data: by stage name (remove all stage outputs) or by specific output files/dirs (may even support globbing?)

That sounds like enough functionality, and a good match to add.

It can also, however, remove stages from dvc.yaml which to me looks like a different function (even when optionally it also removes their outputs). So how about extracting that part to a new stage remove command to match stage add?
