Summary:

Digital Sign Generator website, using a site generator. Note that this has a non-standard structure -- "staging" is used as an staging process for the digital sign editor. Because of this, all branches should be merged with the staging branch.

Continuous Integration -- if you push something to the main branch, this will run the npm tasks to deploy this to Tech Services S3 / AWS. Maintainers commit directly to main.
