[Bug] DASH video stalls after two 502 errors #2065

Describe the bug

DASH video will stop playing and require either a quality change or pause and unpause to continue playing if the segment it tries to request returns a 502 error more than once.
Steps to Reproduce

I suggest switching to another player such as https://github.com/sampotts/plyr
