I wanted to play with making a GitHub action and picked a problem I'm familiar with.
A while ago I wrote an application to push notifications to Rocket.Chat using your credentials instead of the incoming webhooks and I used it on my private CI because I had no access to create integrations on that server. This action does exactly this.
