Upgrade plexus to use [email protected]

It appears 2.0.0 has substantial performance improvements over 1.8.1.

For the most part, it looks like an over 90% reduction in computation duration.

@yurishkuro while working on this issue i was not able to find that version through the command npm show viz.js versions
most latest was 2.1.1.
