Band-aid configuration fix for codemirror uglification issue with uglifyjs-webpack-plugin

• Take react-codemirror out of the picture as the error is generated with the uglification of the codemirror module
• Apply suggested configuration fix from webpack@4: uglify configuration [feat request] webpack/webpack#6567 (comment) to prevent the problematic function inlining uglification
