Description:

Skipping and disabling an approval bring so much complexity that is worthless. It is good idea to drop them to cut the complexity

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Drop enabled field in the approval
  • Drop skipped and skipped_from fields in the approval
  • Drop skipping capability
