4.3.2 b: map reload seems lost #1883

I installed the JEM 4.3.2 b on localhost and test.
It seems, the map reload solution is lost during committing in 4.3.2. Please test

The last merge about ir e486b12 is included into 4.3.2
@Heklaterriol, can you review it? I suppose there is another commit missing or overwritten.

I cheked it and there is a typo in the css blend-in animation. I'll commt a fixed version right away.
