Installation:

Download and install PostgreSQL: https://www.postgresql.org/
Add PostgreSQL installation location to path
Run after_pull.bat / run commands for your operating system, enter password to create database if prompted
Setup a new python env and run $pip install -r requirements.txt
Download geckodriver.exe: https://github.com/mozilla/geckodriver/releases
Provide the path of geckodriver.exe in the variable geckodriver_path in Scraper.py
