make test-docker

I'm trying to follow the guideline, first time I run make test-docker and it fails:

By the way, do you add "sudo" at the beginning?

sudo make clean
sudo make test-docker

I'm running test-docker in the following environment and I've never had that error. It's still working, but it works fine.

Amazon Workspace

Docker version 20.10.4, build d3cb89e
docker-compose version 1.29.2, build 5becea4c

What is the OS using?

For example, delete the docker image of ubuntu: latest and then execute the command again.

docker rmi ubuntu:latest

That was the issue, it seemed that I had an old ubuntu:latest!

(no need for sudo, testing on my Mac)

I'm currently adding test code, so when I issue that pull request I'm going to change the ubuntu docker image to the specified version instead of latest. If it is the latest, it may suddenly stop moving.
