Add Guice module to bind JGitverConfiguration to JGitverConfiguration…

Without a guice binding looking up the ProjectBuilder on other plugins will throw an exception trying to load {@link fr.brouillard.oss.jgitver.JGitverConfiguration} (only started on maven 3.6.3).
