Category Recommendation for Blog Posting

1. You should set up the LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP) and python environment
   to run it.

2. Python scripts depend on NLTK package.

3. You could try it on http://jiayi.net/linguistics/wordpress/wp-admin. The user name
      and the password have been included in the email

4. The dataset and model files would go to ./wp-admin/data/
