- uses middleman like it says on the tin
- brings in new design style copped from Departures Magazine
* Get rid of previous version specific files. * Keep shared files that need modification
* copy middleman files from sandbox/portfolio-departures
* make sure gitignore ignores new ruby stuff * update README with new commands and "stack" section * update netlify build instructions for middleman
* add og-image * add meta partial and include in layout * add page_title helper
