Switched to using https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp instead of https://github.com/ytdl-org/youtube-dl since no working releases from the latter have been available for a long time.

Moved to requiring the .NET 6 runtime or newer (the current long-term support version), since .NET 5 is not in support. You can get this from https://aka.ms/dotnet/6.0/windowsdesktop-runtime-win-x64.exe or just follow the prompts when you first try to run the .exe file.
