General userguide This software is build for KP technology APS04 data analysis. It has three main objects, APS, dwf and SPV, with build-in functions suitable for versatile analysis. Templates of scripts are included for new users to get use to the design. There are build-in function, save_csv_for_origin and dedicate function for each object. For new users, follow the scripts for each measurement to get familiarized. Issues and problems are all welcome. T
