Hello,
The latest Windows installer is missing a MinGW 64bit binary.
As mentioned in issue #1028, It's required in order to support full 80bit FPU emulation for software that requires it, such as DOS Navigator.
Steps to reproduce the behaviour
The installer should contain the MinGW 64bit binary
Expected behavior

Actually, Windows installer build failed so only XP builds which donot include MinGW 64 bit builds are available.
We should look into this, meanwhile nightly builds with the same commit are available.

Oh, the XP build does include a 64bit VS binary, so naturally I assumed there's supposed to be a MinGW 64bit binary as well.
Since the VS build causes a crash in certain programs due to this fpu limitation in VS, let me also suggest making the MinGW build the default version for the Windows installer.
