The standard (non-XP) installer is not present in 2024.03.01 release

Question

The title already said it. Only the XP version is available in and installer flavor (.exe). Could you generate and upload an installer for the standard (non-XP) version?

Duplicate of #4860 hopefully fixed by #4869.

Confirmed build failure of release version installers are fixed in 2024.10.01 version.
2024 March and July version installers are still missing, so use the portable versions instead if you want to try those versions.
