Add support for AFC tool changing in PRINT_START macro. This would simply setup instructions for some users who are less familiar with modifying macros, we already point users to your macro :)
Should work with any AFC-Klipper-Add-On capable system (such as BoxTurtle and NightOwl), and possibly other systems who use T# commands to change extruders, but I don't have capability to test those.
