For publication, we want to show an example of the MSA Gallery. All examples are pulled from the Human genome rather than many individuals. Therefore, we'll use a gallery of transposon copies in the Human genome as annotated by RepeatMasker. I have to resurrect some 2017 code to do this and update it to generate MSA files.

  • Find Repeat Gallery source files
  • Generate MSA folder
  • Render MSA, store command
