Now handle systemd-resolved, issue DNS commands via update-systemd-resolved in newer versions of Ubuntu.

Ditched restrictive gmaps api. Now using OpenStreetMap. --area option now works smoothly. #64

"-f" seems to work fine with Ubuntu 18.04. (not sure about consistency , I will re-implement it soon). the dns queries are working now with "-f". #115 #117

known issue: update-systemd-resolved is routing the dns requests through the tunnel but also sending the queries to the regular router! is there any better script for it? than https://github.com/jonathanio/update-systemd-resolved
