Eigen backend instead of Boost Multiarray

• To ease the compilation, we changed matrix backend to Eigen.
• Recompiled everything using Matlab R2016b

Generalizing to more databases

• Results in Pascal Context, Pascal VOC, SBD
• Some small fixes, now Fb is exactly the same than the original code

• LEP relabeled so no strange behavior in Fop

Generalization and improvements on PAMI

Beta release that includes all experiments on the PAMI paper. It includes the following improvements:

• Easily evaluate any type of format via input converters.
• Contour detectors can also be included in the precision/recall curves.
• Updated list of state-of-the-art pre-computed results (up to ICCV 2015).
• Removed dependency from BSR.

Improvements over the original CVPR release

This stable release contains improvements and bug fixes over the original release, that reproduced the experiments of the CVPR 2013 paper.
