Plugin (_rationalia) to sync content between LessWrong and vault, with three commands:

• Sync active note: To retreive metadata from LW, and possibly (depending on whether the note is empty) add a flashcard template, related notes links, and note body.
• Sync all notes: Ditto but for all notes in the vault.
• Add flashcard(s) for current note: Add an empty flashcard template at the bottom of the current note.
