* Make `setWhitespaceBefore`use CST * Remove methods `removeToken` & `removeEntity` since they are redundant now * Make `getWhitespaceBefore` method to use CST * Correct test checks * Don't use `getTokens` method
Since they do not fit into the new CST concept
Need cst/cst#89 to be resolved
