partsare allowed to be defined at the project level. For static exports, these were previously always ignored. This PR allows typst export to pick up on thesepartswhen the typst export is also defined in themyst.ymlfile. In these cases, it is prioritized over page-levelparts.(This is a small part of the changes originally in #1701)
