I don't find any search (or search and replace) icon in Notebook 4.1.0b1 beta (on windows7).

Is it normal or a problem of my pc ?

It would look very odd / bad GUI for Windows users, who are using Office suites every day, if they don't see it.

I think not not having a toolbar icon was on purpose, it's already in the edit menu,
and not such a common action IIRC.

@ellisonbg , thought ?

@ellisonbg @Carreau For reference, here is a link to download a PDF of the Windows Universal Design guidelines. Current implementation of 4.1 beta is suitable for Microsoft's recommended design guidelines for context menu items and command bar items.

I think we should wait and see how much find/replace is used. It is easy to
add this later if we really need it - hard to take it away if we add it now
and find that people don't use the button much.

Marked as 5.0 then.

There may not be such a thing as "one size fits all".

Is it complex to give users the possibility to drag and drop the "icon shortcuts" they want most ?

Not that easy , that would be nice though.
